Early this morning (Friday May 3) at around 6:30am I received a telephone call from Michael Morgan, Aeron and Dinah’s son telling me that his father, and my long-time best friend in the ministry, had been called “home” at 6:05am. His wife and other family members arrived at his bedside in the nursing home Hospice at 6:10 where they found him looking very peaceful.

RE: AOG’s Official Position regarding ISRAEL

It is today, now two full months since I last wrote to you, out of grave concern for our denominational stand (or lack thereof) for Israel.

Your staff have previously written and advised, that this is a matter that you were giving great “prayerful thought” and “deliberation” to, before responding, and therefore, I have not sought to rush you. However, as my initial enquiries of the AOG at an “Official” level commenced back on the 15th October last, it seems to me, that it is entirely reasonable to have expected a formal response from you, within this period of time.

I cannot accept that, the denomination of which I am currently a part, which to date, has had such a proud history here in Australia, could ever countenance an official response that says :-

“AOG Australia has no official theological stand on Israel.”

Christian Witness Ministries is committed to spreading the Biblical based Gospel of Christ and to maintaining "the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints"
